Fan Favs Merch (“Fan Favs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides artist, actor, and athlete-inspired merchandise for fans. While some products may be officially licensed through collaborations, others are fan-created designs. Fan Favs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any specific artist, celebrity, or brand unless explicitly stated. 

Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (for eligible returns).

• Refund requests are made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are not available for:

• Custom, personalized, or final sale items

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

• Late refund requests (past the 14-day return window)

1. Contact Us – Email admin@fanfavsmerch.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and photos (if applicable).

2. Approval & Return Instructions – If your refund request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is due to a Fan Favs Merch error.

4. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
